Here’s the part where I am getting tired of being pregnant. Oh, sure, people offer to lift heavy things for you and tell you to relax, random people talk to you asking what you’re having and when you’re due, and people stop in parking lots to let you cross. But, even those benefits are starting to lose their impact. I would rather be able to sleep through the night without having to go to the bathroom 3 or 4 times, be able to put on my socks and shoes without grunting, and be able to hug people without bending over to accomodate my monstrous belly. These are the things I look forward to after the pregnancy–well, that and the baby, of course!

Many of us know and love Micah Green. Well now we can also love the fact that we can find him in a podcast on iTunes! Micah co-stars in a concept show called “Repo Man”.
“Repo Man” is a show that Micah’s friend Sean Devine came up with. He was approached by a friend of a friend, who is a producer, to generate podcast concepts. Sean wrote a script or two about this guy that repo’s vehicles. He knew Micah was an actor because they’d worked together so he asked him to help out. He plays “Ned” the first assistant. He is kind of a nerdy character. (was Micah a victim of type-casting?). The producer got a meeting with Michael Eisner’s people and pitched them the idea. They liked it and passed it on to Michael. His assistant, in turn, called the producer and told him that Eisner really liked it! This is good considering the fact that Michael is looking at starting up his own podcasting company whereby he would sell podcasts over the internet. Another possible avenue for “Repo Man” is that there is a potential Canadian investor that liked the podcast and is considering backing the podcast financially. And last but certainly not least, one of the writers has a meeting to pitch the idea to a producer from Comedy Central. These all sound like fantastic options!
