Custom Pedalboard

null

By request, (well mostly Matt’s request) I now bring you pictures of my finished pedalboard for my guitar rig.

So, I had been looking online for a few months trying to find a new pedalboard to accommodate by current supply of pedals (that keeps growing). I wanted something that was rock solid, easy to use and set up to be clean and free of wires. I found this company that makes an Aluminum Diamond Plate series of pedalboards. I ordered one that is 15×30. The pedal area is made of 1/2″ plywood with industrial carpet glued on top. The power for the board is integrated with a main switch that is location on the top. All cables are run cleanly through the bottom of the board with a GeorgeL’s custom cable set. I am really happy with this setup. It’s topped off with a very reasonably priced road case that I found that was originally built for a DJ table. I built a frame that sits beneath the board and keeps it from shifting while in it’s case. The frame is covered in acoustic foam around the perimeter of the board.

Rock on!
